ABOUT THE ARTIST

Ashwa-Chitramala (The Horse Series) shows clear evidence of the journey of a painter turned artist.

Dinkar Jadhav, through this series, has successfully and emphatically created a place of his own in the upcoming new era of art. His horses breathe life, diffuse energy, and torment the minds of the spectators. These horses symbolize the passion for love, the fight for life, and the spirit of freedom. Along with these horses, the Sun and Moon, which appear regularly in these images, illuminate the space with the basic emotions and feelings of eternal romance. Jadhav uses colorful splotches to communicate his inner anguish and his expert brushstrokes ignite a fiery force on the canvas. He is advancing on the path of realization that he has chosen and that only a true artist dares to travel.
